pko9 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Filipino Players

1. Eligibility and Registration

To register and use pko9, you must meet the following requirements at all times:

2. Account Management

Your pko9 account is personal to you and must not be shared with, transferred to, or accessed by any other individual. You are solely responsible for all activity carried out under your account credentials.

pko9 uses OTP (one-time password) verification to protect account logins. You must ensure your registered mobile number remains active and accessible. If your number changes, update your account details immediately to maintain uninterrupted OTP access.

Identity verification (KYC) is a mandatory step that must be completed before your first withdrawal. You will be required to submit a valid Philippine government-issued ID. KYC is a one-time requirement. Once approved, your verification status remains active unless your account information changes materially or pko9 requests re-verification for compliance purposes.

3. Deposits and Payments

All deposits on pko9 are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). No currency conversion is applied to deposits. The available deposit methods are:

• GCash (Philippine e-wallet)
• Maya (Philippine e-wallet)
• Philippine bank transfer (online/mobile banking)

Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as deposit methods on pko9. Only payment methods registered under your own name may be used. Using a payment method belonging to a third party is a violation of these Terms and may result in account suspension.

4. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on pko9 are processed in Philippine Peso to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where possible. To submit a withdrawal request, your account must have completed KYC verification and your balance must meet any applicable minimum withdrawal threshold.

• Withdrawals are only paid out to verified account holders.
• Requests that cannot be matched to a verified identity or payment method may be placed on hold pending additional documentation.

5. Betting Rules

pko9 reserves the right to void bets in the following circumstances:

• There is evidence of match manipulation, fraud, or collusion related to the event wagered on.

In cases where bets are voided, the original stake will be returned to your account balance. pko9's decisions regarding void bets are final.
